Jumpstart Beginner Exercise Program
Starting an
exercise program can be overwhelming and sticking with it can be challenging.
With proper planning and instruction, you can reach your goals. Presented by
Schiffert Health Center, Office of Health Education, and Rec Sports.
JumpStart Enrollment is now Full. Email if you'd like to be added to the Wait
List. Openings may occur in the next two weeks. Class meets Mondays 12:30-1:30p
weekly or Sundays 7-8 weekly.
