A Message From Our Director:

Dear Virginia Tech Community,

I appreciate your interest in learning more about Virginia Tech Health Education. We are a department that designs and presents programs which address the health promotion, disease prevention and wellness leadership needs of students at Virginia Tech. Affiliated with the Schiffert Student Health Center; the Health Education department covers literally every preventive health topic affecting students. Through a wide array of presentations, programs, and classes more than 20,000 students are directly impacted by the Health Education program each year. This year the Health Education program has launched a new initiative; to become one of the top programs in the country. This lofty goal will be supported, in part, by a new and aggressive business and marketing plan. We invite you to come along as we chart our course to the top.
