Immunization Requirements
Every Virginia Tech student must meet the following state immunization requirements for admission (and continuation) as a VT student. This information must be documented on the "Immunization History form". If you have already sent Schiffert Health Center your immunization history form, you may submit proof of immunization status separately. Letters or copies of your immunization records are acceptable as long as they are signed by your health care provider. The information below must be certified (signed) by your health care provider(s). In order to avoid confusion regarding acceptable vs. non-acceptable criteria for immunization status, we recommend that you print this document and give it to your health care provider(s).
Note: Schiffert Health Center periodically sponsors immunization clinics managed by The Intravene Immunization Clinic at: 1-800-272-3944 Ext 2172
